If you are looking for a great snack to enjoy during the holiday season or a beautiful dessert to serve for Christmas dinner, I got you covered.
With a creamy and delicious greek yogurt base, this super easy and delicious strawberry white chocolate yogurt bark is an absolute joy to eat this holiday season.

The best part about this recipe is that is so customizable. If strawberries and white chocolate aren't your thing, swap it for your personal favourite toppings. I also added shredded coconut on top for the snow effect, but feel free to not add it if it isn't to your liking.
Here are some examples of other toppings you could add on top to make it your own:
Your favourite fruit, for example, mangoes, blueberries, raspberries, etc.
Chopped toasted nuts like walnuts, almonds, pecans, etc.
Seeds like pumpkin, hemp or chia seeds
Granola (adds a nice crunch)
And more!

Holiday Yogurt bark Recipe
Base Ingredients
2 cups of plain greek yogurt
1 tbsp honey
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Topping Ingredients
5 strawberries, sliced
1/4 cup white chocolate, chopped
1 tbsp shredded coconut
Yield: 6-8 pieces
Directions
Mix all base ingredients in bowl.
Place parchment paper on baking tray or dish and pour base ingredients over. Spread evenly with a spatula or spoon. Make sure the parchment paper touches the bottom and edges of the tray/dish for a cleaner cut once frozen.
Place your favourite toppings on top. Sprinkle optional shredded coconut at the end.
Freeze for at least 2 hours until firm, cut and enjoy! Freeze the leftovers to enjoy next time.
